Agreement

This agreement is between you (referred to as "you" or "your" in this article) and PMW Wallet. By accessing, using, or clicking 'I Agree', PMW Wallet or one of its affiliates can access the website（ https://lcef.pmwwallet.club ）Any services provided, our mobile applications, or any other related services provided by Google, as described in Section 4 below (collectively referred to as "Services"), LCEF Coin Wallet or its affiliates agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions in this Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). In addition, when using certain features of the service, you may be bound by other terms and conditions applicable to these features. Please read these terms carefully when using the service. These clauses contain important clauses, including arbitration clauses, which require the resolution of all claims through bundled arbitration. The arbitration clause is stipulated in Article 14 below: "Dispute resolution: forum, arbitration, class action immunity, applicable law." Like any asset, the value of digital currency may rise or fall, and it may pose significant risks, and you may lose your right to purchase, sell, hold, or invest in digital currency. (2) You bear all risks related to the use of services and digital currency transactions, and

(3) PMW Wallet is not responsible for any such risks or adverse consequences. By accessing, using, or attempting to use these services at any capacity, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

1. Agreement conditions

PMW Wallet reserves the right to modify or change the terms at its sole discretion at any time. All modifications or changes to these terms will take effect immediately after being announced or published to users on the website. Therefore, continuing to use the services of pmw Wallet constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement and rules. If you do not agree to any modifications to these terms, you must stop using the service. PMW Wallet encourages you to read the terms frequently to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions applicable to accessing and using the service.

2. Qualifications

By registering to use the PMW Wallet account, you declare and guarantee that you

(a) At least 18 years old or of legal age, and entering into a binding contract in accordance with applicable laws,

(b) The legal capacity and authorization of individuals, legal entities, or other organizations with complete responsibility to enter into these terms,

(c) We have not been suspended or used from our services before, and,

(d) You currently do not have an existing PMW Wallet account,

(e) If you sign this clause on behalf of a legal entity that is an employee or agent, you represent and guarantee that you have all necessary rights and authority to bind the legal entity.
